• Applied for Thank Arb Firestarters grant, proposing to help run on Conviction Voting Pools on Gardens v2 to fund Arbitrum ecosystem initiatives.
• Applied for Octant Tools & Infrastructure grant, plus updated our project submission to be eligible for Octant Epoch 4.
• Conversations with Safe Guardians proposing use of $SAFE grant funding.

Growth & Presence

• Created an Alpha onboarding process in Discord with links and resources for Alpha users.
• Invited ~30 inbound requests for alpha testing with invites to the Discord, and dm’ed another ~10 to people who are running grants programs or have expressed interest in the past.
• Helped @Vermeer Ha with the Twitter campaign for alpha features releases
• Conversations with Alpha testers, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, offering recommendations for gardens v2 setup.

Product

• Alpha Testing + bug reports for devs
• Late night call with @Felipe Novaes F. Rocha troubleshooting issues with CV Charts

Management

• Conversations with @Felipe Novaes F. Rocha on our roles - Felipe to take over Project Management work and function similar to a CTO, Paul to focus on fundraising, marketing, and growth, function similar to a CEO.
• Compensation conversations, decided on a Coordinape-only sprint for next pay period.
• Set up hours and activity docs and shared to team.
