Bug Description:

• When allocating support to proposals, convictionLast was updating using only the message senders prior support level, ignoring other supporters on the proposal.
• Bug behavior was a sudden drop in conviction after allocating support on a proposal that others already supported, followed by the expected conviction growth rate from that point.

Fix description:

• Added previousStakedAmount to calculate convictionLast using all support added to proposal.
